  • Event Specifics: Portfolio preferences and dietary requirements (if applicable).

2. Purpose of Data Collection

Your data is processed strictly for the following purposes:

  • To manage your registration and participation in ADHIKAR'26.
  • To allocate portfolios and committees.
  • To issue official certificates and awards.
  • To communicate essential event updates, schedules, and logistics.
  • To ensure the safety and security of all participants on-site.

3. Children's Privacy (Under 18)

In accordance with the DPDP Act 2023, ADHIKAR'26 requires verifiable parental or guardian consent for the collection and processing of data for any individual under the age of 18. We do not engage in behavioral tracking or targeted advertising directed at students.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Information is shared with third-party service providers only when necessary to facilitate event operations:

Your personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the event and legal requirements, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
